Apples + T. Swift =

Since Brandon and I have been married (just over 2 years) we have lived in 2 states, 3 cities and 4 apartments. Right after our wedding festivities we moved to Castro Valley, CA or “The Bay Area”. We spent 6 months there and then moved across the country for a summer to Longwood, FL (near Orlando) for summer sales. After that whirlwind of a summer we returned to Castro Valley for another 6 months, but in a different apartment. Currently we are living in Lodi, CA (near Sacramento). We have been here about 9 months and love it SO much! Each time we’ve moved it has been hard to leave great friends and what we thought would be our “home”. However, God has blessed us with more than we could ever dream of with each move! Soo… to the point..
I mentioned this post had something to do with apples, well… it does. I promise. Actually, just one apple. A BIG one. Ok, Ok, THE big one! Once again Brandon and I are packing up our lives up and taking on a new adventure! Brandon got offered a wonderful job opportunity with First Light Energy in …. you got it, NEW YORK! Finally one of Taylor Swift’s songs will be applicable to my life again!! We are still working out some details but this will be happening soon! Brandon leaves in the middle of April and will move straight to New York (exact location yet to be decided). Brandon’s new job keeps him very busy but he is doing something he LOVES! I will be staying until the beginning of May to finish my semester. Then I am headed back to Southern Virginia University to finish off my degree!!! To save you the time of asking such a frequently asked question… here’s your answer. I have one semester of school left. For the sake of credits I am closest to finishing either here at the University of the Pacific or at Southern Virginia University. Transferring to a new school in NY will continue to tack on time to my schooling! I’ve chosen SVU for many reasons and am really looking forward to being back there with great friends! We are ecstatic about this move and this new chapter in our lives but a little nervous to be moving away from ALL family members. I say this all the time, and generally fail… but I will do my best to post updates and keep everyone in the loop! Until then, my girl T-Sweezey’s “Welcome to New York” will be playing on repeat! (:

XOXO,

Jade
